    Technology requirements

    The code takes approximately 3 hours to run.

    Reproduction instructions

    To run the code:

    1. Acquire the data and place in the data/raw folder
    2. Change directory paths in the main_dofile.do
    3. Change directory paths in each of the four R scripts located in the code folder
    4. Run the main_dofile.do
    5. Run the four R scripts located in the code folder individually
