Technology requirements

Runtime: 5 hours

Reproduction instructions

Replicators need to download five datasets that are publicly available but not included in the reproducibility package and purchase one restricted dataset to obtain all the raw data to run the code. Information on data access is detailed in the README and the data section of this entry. After running the code, replicators should follow the instructions on the README to apply the Excel formulas of "All results CHL COL note" and reproduce each exhibit.
