This report examines the state of the justice system in Kenya following the JUPITER Methodology. JUPITER is a country-based assessment framework developed by the World Bank Group (WBG) to benchmark the state and performance of a country’s judiciary in three main areas: access to justice, efficiency, and quality. The report presents the main challenges that emerged from empirical work to provide data-informed, context-specific policy implications.
