Chapter 2 discusses human capital accumulation in the home. Chapter 3 discusses human capital accumulation in the neighborhood. Chapter 4 discusses human capital accumulation in the workplace. Chapter 5 discusses how to build more human capital at home, in neighborhoods, and at work.
